Christmas  Concert 2007

20th and 21st December

The Christmas concert of Fundación Padre Arrupe was successfully carried out in a full house in the Palacio de Congresos in Madrid.

We thank everybody, enterprises, institutions, media and official organizations who contributed to the project of the Foundation in El Salvador. HRH Infanta Margarita de Borbón, who has been president of the foundation for the last ten years, honoured us with her presence.

To all those who were not able to attend the concert, we let them know that  Fundación Padre Arrupe Christmas Concert is going to be rebroadcasted every 25^th December by TVE2 and between the 6^th and 12^th January of the following year by the TVE Internacional Channel with coverage to all Central America and Miami.

In 2007 the concert was in charge of the RTVE orchestra conducted by its official conductor Adrian Leaper, with the White Voices Choir of the “Orquesta Sinfónica de Gran Canaria”, the soloist Yolanda Auyanet, the tenor José Luis Sola, the baritone José Manuel Díez and the guitarist Pedro Mateo.
